Questions
Do I need to be a Klovera customer?
No. Any Klovera account can be a partner.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are removed, and repeated attempts close the account.
What if they cancel?
Commission stops with their last payment. A refund reverses the commission for that payment.
What happens to what I have already earned if the rates change?
Nothing. Every line in your ledger keeps the rate it was written at. A change applies to new commission only.
Can a sale pay more than 40%?
No. The most any chain pays is 40% — 30% to the partner who referred the customer and 10% to the Partner Pro who referred them. There is no third level.
Where do I find my link?
Both of them are at the top of the portal. The customer link sends people to Klovera to buy; the partner link sends them to become a partner under you. Copy either, or use the QR code and the share buttons.
What is the difference between the two links?
klovera.ai/r/<you> is your customer link — it goes to Klovera and whoever buys is your referral. klovera.ai/p/<you> is your partner link — it goes to the Become-a-partner page, and whoever joins through it joins under you. On Partner Pro, the subscriptions their referrals buy pay you 10% at level 2.
Can I post the videos and images from the library?
Yes — copy the caption, which already has your link in it, or post straight from the portal with Publish.
Do I have to say it is an affiliate link?
Yes. Every platform requires disclosure and so do we.
What can I not do?
Bid on the Klovera name in ads, spam, make earnings promises, or place Klovera next to adult content.
How do I upgrade to Partner Pro?
The card in the portal. $99/month, non-refundable, cancel any time. It takes you from 10% to 30% on subscriptions, adds 10% on credit packs and Done-For-You, and turns on level 2.
How does tracking work?
Your link sets a cookie for 30 days. If the visitor signs up within 30 days on that browser, they're your referral, and it's recorded on their account. You see clicks, signups and commission in the portal.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly on the 15th by Zelle (US), for the previous month's commissions. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale, so refunds and chargebacks clear first. Minimum payout $50; anything under rolls over to the next month.
What happens with refunds and chargebacks?
Commission is only earned on money we keep. A refunded or charged-back payment reverses its commission; if already paid, it's deducted from your next payout.
Do I need a tax form?
US partners paid $600 or more in a year need a W-9, and receive a 1099-NEC. Partners outside the US may be asked for a W-8BEN.
Can I email people about Klovera?
Only your own opted-in list. No bought lists, no unsolicited email, DMs or comments. Spam ends your membership and forfeits unpaid commission.
Who do I ask?
Earnings depend entirely on what you refer. Nothing here is a promise of income, and most partners earn nothing until they share their link. Commission is held 30 days against refunds and paid on the 15th of the month once you have cleared $50. Affiliate links must be disclosed wherever you post them.
