Klovera is operated by Internet Mastery, 1729 Avenida Del Sol, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the Klovera website or the Klovera application at app.klovera.ai (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Klovera generates video, images, voice and text from inputs you provide, and gives you tools to write, cast, render, cut, caption and publish short-form video. The service depends on third-party AI models, which we select and may change. Features described on this website may change as the product changes.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite to a workspace. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Rendering, images, voice and music are paid for with credits. Plans include an allowance of credits each month; you may also buy credits on top.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies to you. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
"Your content" means what you upload or provide: product images, photographs, scripts, voice recordings, brand assets and similar. You keep ownership of it. You grant us the license we need to host it and to run the service for you — including sending it to the third-party model providers that produce your renders.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that uploading it and generating from it does not infringe anyone's rights. If you upload a photograph of a person, or clone a voice, you confirm you have that person's permission.
As between you and us, you own the video, images, audio and text the service produces for you, and you may use them commercially, in paid ads and organic posts, without attribution. Ownership is subject to your having paid for them and to your having the rights to the inputs you used.
Generated output is not unique to you. Similar inputs can produce similar results for someone else, and we make no claim that any output is original or protectable.
You may not use Klovera to create or distribute:
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break this section. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Where you buy a done-for-you package, we produce finished reels to the brief you give us, in the quantity and timeframe stated at purchase. Delivery times run from the point we have what we need from you. Revisions are included as described on the package. If you would not run any of the reels we deliver, tell us and we will redo the batch once.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Renders depend on third-party model providers and can fail or queue. Where a render fails through our fault, we will credit it back.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You are responsible for the advertising you run. We do not review your campaigns for compliance with platform policy or with the law that applies to your product.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we are required to close by law. On closure you lose access to the service; export anything you want to keep first.
We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders by email or in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
