The Klovera partner program is run by Internet Mastery (“we”). Referrals are tracked, and commissions calculated, by Klovera itself: a click on your link sets a first-party cookie on klovera.ai, and every commission is computed from the order and recorded in our own ledger. By joining you agree to these terms.
Any Klovera account may be a partner, and there is nothing to apply for. We may end any membership at our discretion. You must be at least 18 and give accurate details, including the Zelle email you are paid at.
10% of each payment for any Klovera subscription — Director, Producer, Studio, Partner Pro and Klovera Publish — for as long as the customer keeps paying. Partner Pro members earn 30% instead of 10%, and 10% of each credit pack and Done For You order; on Free, credit packs and Done For You orders earn nothing. Partner Pro members also earn 10% of the subscription payments made by customers referred by the partners they themselves referred (level 2). There is no third level, and no sale pays more than 40% in total. Commission is on the amount actually paid, after discounts and excluding taxes. A sale is credited to your link if the buyer clicked it within the previous 30 days; where more than one link was clicked, the most recent one wins. Rates may change, and a change applies to new commission only — anything already recorded keeps the rate it was earned at.
We pay monthly on the 15th by Zelle (US partners), for the previous month’s commissions. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale, so refunds and chargebacks clear first. The minimum payout is $50; anything under rolls over to the next month. We are not responsible for payments sent to a payout address you gave us that turns out to be wrong.
Refunded, charged-back or disputed sales earn no commission. Commission already paid on them is deducted from future payouts.
No commission is paid on purchases by you, your business, or accounts you control, or on sales we reasonably believe were fraudulent or produced in breach of these terms. Such commission is forfeited.
Disclose that you earn a commission, as the FTC and your local rules require. Do not bid on Klovera, Klovera AI, or any misspelling of them in paid search, or use them in domains, handles or ad account names. Do not send spam or unsolicited messages of any kind; email only lists that opted in to hear from you, following CAN-SPAM. Make no claims about Klovera that are not on klovera.ai. Use only coupons we issue to you.
You may use the logos, banners and copy on klovera.ai/affiliates/creatives unchanged, only to promote Klovera. Any other use of our name or marks needs our written permission.
You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. US affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a W-9 and will receive a 1099-NEC; others may be asked for a W-8BEN. We may hold payments until the form is received.
We may change these terms or the commission rates with 30 days’ notice by email; commission already earned is paid at the old rate. Either side may end membership at any time; approved commission that meets the minimum is paid on the next payout date, unless forfeited under section 6 or 7.
The program is provided as is. Our total liability to you is limited to the unpaid commission you have earned.
