Refund policy

1. Failed renders are refunded automatically
Every render is estimated before you press Generate and charged at its real length when it finishes. If a render fails, or times out, the credits held for it go straight back to your balance. You don't need to ask.
2. Subscriptions (Creator, Studio, Pro)
You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and does not renew. We don't refund part-used months or years. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and have used fewer than 100 of its credits, we refund that payment in full. The same applies within 14 days of the first payment on an annual plan.
3. Renewals
If a renewal went through that you meant to cancel, tell us within 7 days of the charge. If you haven't used the renewed month's credits, we refund it and cancel the plan.
4. Credit packs
Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Once any of a pack's credits have been spent, the pack is not refundable. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or withdrawn.
5. Done For You
Before work on your first reel has started, a Done For You package is fully refundable. After that, we deliver the reels, revise them until you approve them, and don't refund. If we can't deliver what we agreed, we refund the reels not delivered. The month of Pro included with a package is not refundable separately.
6. What a refund takes back
A refund reverses what the purchase granted: the plan and the credits it added (including any monthly credits already added for that purchase). If some of those credits were already spent, the refund may leave your balance below zero until your next plan credits or purchase.
7. Chargebacks
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer quickly, and most problems are fixed the same day. A charge that's disputed while we're working with you on it may lead us to suspend the account until it's resolved.
8. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the order number from your receipt. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout (SamCart); your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
9. Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund that the law where you live gives you.
