This policy explains what Klovera collects and what we do with it. Klovera is operated by Internet Mastery, 1733 Avenida Del Sol, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States.
To run the service and produce what you ask for; to bill you and keep a record of credits; to answer support requests; to keep the service secure and to investigate abuse; and to tell you about changes that affect your account. If you are on the waitlist, we use your email only to send you an invitation and to tell you about that invitation.
To give support and improve the service, our team may view your account as you see it: the whole app, including your projects, media, characters, Library, credits and settings. These views are view only: nothing can be changed, rendered, spent or sent. Every view is logged.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass your email address to anyone for their own marketing.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel on klovera.ai and on app.klovera.ai's sign-up and checkout pages to measure our ads. It records which pages you visit and when you sign up, ask for our ebook, start a purchase or buy. When you do, our server also tells Meta, so Meta can match it to the ad you saw. It sends your email address, name and Klovera account number in one-way hashed form, plus your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookie IDs. We never send your phone number, your payment details or anything you create in Klovera. We keep the campaign tags from your first visit with your account, to know which ads work.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
If you upload photographs of a person or clone a voice, that material is biometric-adjacent and we treat it carefully: it is stored with your workspace, used to produce your renders, and is not used to train models for anyone else. You must have the person's permission before you upload it. You can delete a creator, a voice or an upload from the application, and doing so removes it from your workspace.
Account data and the media in your workspace are kept while your account is open. When you close your account we delete workspace media within 30 days, except where we must keep billing records for tax and accounting purposes. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
This site uses a first-party cookie to count visits. It holds a random id, not your name or email. Our ads use the Meta Pixel, described above. The application at app.klovera.ai sets a cookie to keep you signed in.
Klovera is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
What the app reads. When you install Klovera on a Shopify store, Klovera reads your store’s name and the store owner’s contact details (name and email address), to set up the store’s Klovera account and to reach you about it. It reads your products’ titles, descriptions, photos, options, variants, prices and product fields, to write scripts and make videos from your product’s real facts. Klovera does not read or store your customers’ or orders’ data.
What we store. Your store’s address; an access token, encrypted; the store owner’s name and email address; which Klovera account is linked to the store; the products you use with Klovera and the videos you made from them; a copy of a product description before Klovera first changes it (so you can restore it); a log of the changes Klovera made to your products (what, when, and whether it worked); the data Klovera places on your products for its blocks (the video address, its poster, and, if shown, the “Made with Klovera” link); and a record of the charges you approved in Shopify (plan, amount, status), kept as a billing record.
Videos. Videos shown on your store are served from Klovera’s media server (media.klovera.ai). Turning a video’s sharing off removes it from your store at once.
How a store’s data is deleted. When you uninstall Klovera, it deletes your store’s access token, links, saved descriptions and change log at once. 48 hours after you uninstall, Shopify sends Klovera a request to delete the store’s data (shop/redact), and Klovera deletes the rest of your store’s data, including the Klovera account made for the store when you installed it. The billing record of charges you approved is kept as a billing record. Klovera also answers Shopify’s customer data requests (customers/data_request and customers/redact); because Klovera does not store your customers’ data, there is nothing of theirs to return or delete. A plan you paid for through Shopify is ended by Shopify and runs to the end of its paid period.
Contact. Merchants can reach us at [email protected] or through klovera.ai/support. Write from your store’s email address and include your store’s myshopify.com address. We reply within two business days.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and we will tell account holders by email if the change is material.
