Klovera Creative Contest: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A CONTEST OF SKILL. WINNERS ARE SELECTED BASED ON THE JUDGING CRITERIA BELOW, NOT BY CHANCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Klovera Creative Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Klovera.AI, 1733 Avenida Del Sol, Boca Raton, FL 33432, [email protected] ("Sponsor"). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook or any other social platform.

2. Contest period. The Contest begins when the contest page at klovera.ai/contest goes live (the launch date and time are shown on that page) and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on January 10, 2027 (the "Contest Period"). Public voting closes at the same time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a Klovera.ai account (free trial or paid). Employees, contractors and agents of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

4. How to enter. Sign in to Klovera.ai (a free trial is available at klovera.ai/contest and requires no payment). Make a video with Klovera.ai (videos made before the Contest began may be entered). Open the finished video in Output and press Submit to the Contest; add a title and a short description, and confirm that you made the video with Klovera.ai and hold the rights to everything in it. Limit: up to 5 entries per person during the Contest Period. Each entry is reviewed by Sponsor before it appears on the public contest page; Sponsor may reject any entry that does not meet these Rules.

5. Entry requirements. Each entry must: be made with Klovera.ai by the entrant and submitted during the Contest Period; not include the name, image, likeness or voice of any real person without their written permission (Klovera Characters and the entrant's own likeness are allowed); not include third-party logos, brand names, music or other material the entrant doesn't have the rights to use; not make health, medical, income or other unsupported claims; not contain nudity, sexual content, hate, harassment, violence, illegal activity or anything Sponsor considers inappropriate for a public, all-ages page; and comply with Klovera.ai's Terms of Service.

6. Public voting. Approved entries appear on klovera.ai/contest, where anyone may vote. One (1) vote per verified email address, per entry, per day. Votes from bots, scripts, purchased votes, vote-swapping services, fake or disposable email addresses, or any other automated or fraudulent method are void. Sponsor may remove suspicious votes and may disqualify any entry that benefits from them.

7. How winners are chosen. After the Contest Period, each approved entry receives a final score: 50% public votes, scaled so the entry with the most valid votes scores 100; and 50% Sponsor's judging panel, scoring equally (a) creativity and originality, (b) the strength of the hook in the first 3 seconds, (c) storytelling and message, and (d) overall production quality. The three highest final scores win 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Ties are broken by the judging panel's score. The judges' decisions are final.

8. Prizes. 1st place: Klovera.ai Producer plan ($299 a month) membership fees waived for as long as the winner's account remains active and in good standing, plus 500 credits (approximate retail value: $3,588 per year plus $125 in credits). 2nd place: 500 Klovera.ai credits (ARV $125). 3rd place: 250 Klovera.ai credits (ARV $62.50). Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits follow the normal Klovera.ai credit rules. The 1st-place membership covers the plan's monthly fee only and ends if the winner closes the account or the account is closed for a Terms of Service breach. If Sponsor retires that plan, the winner receives the closest equivalent plan on the same terms. Winners are responsible for any taxes; winners of prizes worth $600 or more in a year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9.

9. Winner notification. Winners will be notified by email at the address on their Klovera.ai account within 7 days after the Contest ends and announced on klovera.ai/contest by January 17, 2027. A winner who does not respond within 7 days, or who is found ineligible, forfeits the prize, and the next-highest entry is selected.

10. License to use entries. By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share and promote the entry, along with the entrant's username, on the contest page, Sponsor's websites, emails and social media, and in advertising for Klovera.ai, during and after the Contest. Entrants keep ownership of their videos.

11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winning means consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's username, first name, city and state, and winning entry in promotion of the Contest and Klovera.ai, without further payment.

12. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the Contest, breaks these Rules or acts unfairly. If the Contest can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or anything beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend or end it, and choose winners from the eligible entries received up to that point. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or votes, or for any technical malfunction.

13. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Privacy. Information collected in the Contest is used as described in Klovera.ai's Privacy Policy at klovera.ai/privacy. Voters' email addresses are used to verify votes; they join the Klovera.ai mailing list only if the voter opts in.

15. Governing law. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.

16. Winners list. For the names of the winners, after January 17, 2027, visit klovera.ai/contest or email [email protected] with the subject "Contest Winners."
